I think you would want a CTO lifted against the President of a company because the optics doesn't look good. If I were an investor looking to invest in something, I would not be comfortable investing in a company where the Pres. had violated some of the securities rules. At best, it just makes it look like he's up to something shady.
I too don't want to sell at this price, being a long-timer myself. As you said, the deposit is there, just waiting for a major to develop it. As an aside, I believe we have a shareholders rights document. Does anyone know in a nutshell what this says? Will it protect us from a hostile bid (let's say for example, triple the current SP) that is grossly under value based on the amount of copper and the price of copper? Just wondering.....
