On Sedar there is a document for Duran about the Annual and Special Meeting. The date fixed for the meeting is June 30th.
The real question for investors who have suffered for so long with minimal communication and disdain for their existance in DRV is, will George Brown live up to his promise last year of STEPPING DOWN as CEO?
