It is encouraging to see that insiders have taken 19% of the current private placement so far. I find it comforting to know that insiders feel confident enough to put their money up for this project just as we private investors have.

Money is very tight right now in this economic environment. It is nice to see that we still have the ability to raise money. I am also glad that it is only $500K. Hopefully we will be at a much higher stock price when we need further financing allowing for less dilution.
