Obviously running out of cash, not a good situation, although DRV is probably sitting on a Copper mine they don't have the $'s to prove up the deposit and @ .10 a share they would have to issue a lot of new shares to raise capital, in hindsight they should have probably not spent any money on Pasa and drilled off Aguila instead, sad thing here is that with copper increasing in price almost daily this stock might have been worth the kind of money that some posters had calculated a year ago.
