the point i'm trying to get across here is that you guys signed a million dollar deal with a company that has 100k cash and can't afford the deal. you made a jv with a company who is worse off than we are so why not raise the piddly million dollars and keep the 100% interest. you could probably raise the money easier than a shell company like centurion. this just doesn't make sense. the point should be to move forward not backward.
