Merry Christmas Mr Brown, DRV Board of Directors, and Fellow Investors,

Put all your work aside for a few days and enjoy your friends and family. 

Mr. Brown thanks for all the hard work and battles that you fought and 
won in the last year.  You having such a large personal investment in 
DRV and MMG allows me to sleep well at night knowing that you are 
doing what is right for us shareholders.  It has been an eventful year. 
Glad you are still running the show.

2009 should be a great year for us DRV shareholders.  Pasacancha results 
and further exploration in Peru should have us trading at much higher share 
prices in the new year. Everyone keep your heads up and lets get behind our 
management as we plug ahead in this difficult financial environment.
