Perhaps it takes longer with the US institutions to resolve the merger. However, you should contact your broker and ask him what's going on with respect to DRV. As for Spinco, these shares have not been "registered" yet, so we all have a zero value for that. I suspect that we will see something about Spinco by the end of the year, or early next year.
