All due respect, there is no financing to be closed as of yet. From the press releases, the company is just trying to raise money. Here is the flow, DBV needs to identify a broker to put together the financing (is this Canacord or not?), then negotiate a financing (which is clearly taking longer and very difficult given people have been talking about this for well over a month and we are now already near the end of August), then once negotiated, they need to file application with the exchange (there will then be time for the exchange to approve - it is summer and hardly anyone is working there, especially since the long weekend is very near and kids are going back to school, so everyone is taking their last vacations with their kids), also there needs to be an annoucement via a press release stating the terms and conditions of the financing, i.e. price, amount, etc., FINALLY, the money need to be raised (this could be a done deal or perhaps just a commitment by the brokerage to start the process of raising the money from investors) and then the money needs to move into escrow (which by the way, this is summer and many people aren't even watching the stock market let alone taking a call from a broker to ask for money in one of the toughest capital raising times I have seen in a long time for resource junior stocks). So, how long do you think all of this will take. I have heard nothing from brokerage contacts in Toronto and Montreal (I will ask around later today).

I suspect if a deal has been struck, the terms and conditions will be on the street as the brokerage attempts to fill the order book (don't let anyone tell you a tell has been struck, this would 100% be known and on the street by the supporting brokerage, so I would know and hopefully many others on this thread would also know). So, I am of the strong opinion, NO DEAL has been reached yet. If there was, the CEO would be talking about it. Ask him for those who talk to him often (I hope you aren't getting tired of listening to the broken promoter record).

In the meantime, I will wait since there is no use selling down at these prices. This is essentially where it all began 2 years ago!!!!! The share price has hopefully consolidated (30M shares traded), analysis of data to plug in better holes, and then start again looking for more money.

They need to drill soon before winter comes, otherwise this will go to sleep until the spring of 2014...!!!!!!!
