Thanks Kenmoor. Propser Gold has been halted for several months but this filing appears is the final step to approval and trading by the exchange. Hopefully the added attention to the area once Prosper is trading will provide attention to DBV. Still no word on the financing, my guess is an insiders raise as it is very difficult to raise capital for DBV given the early high risk nature of this play since unfortunately they drilled 5 holes in the wrong location, and the the 6th hole, although promising, is still very risky and inconclusive. I think the best way to proceed is a small financing by insiders to prove 1-3 more holes that show definitively the potential of this resource and then raise significant capital at higher prices.

Also, let`s hope for a better resource market this fall and into the spring of 2014.
