Toronto and Montreal were in the picture well before the news release. Montreal actually reached out to Farshad prior to the news release. Farshad was scheduled to go see Montreal but due to other business he had to cancel but I believe he is now scheduled to meet them. There have been offers but not to Farshads liking and the well being of the investors. I believe he is doing the best he can and looking out for shareholders. Yes you've mentioned that its difficult to finance in this market numerous times, I think we all heard you. Lets see what happens.
