Surprise, Surprise, Surprise.

From the amended Q2:

Current liabilities were understated by $177,651

Long-term liabilities were understated by $624,995

Stockholders’ deficit was overstated by $802,646

Such potential wasted.

With the continuing and ongoing dilution, likely no play until this sees a nickel.
