Engineered a Faster and More Efficient Way to Absorb Nutrients, Medications, etc.
GAWD this is a lot of gobeldygook! but i read thru it (omg).
"B" Warrants convert in 7 months @.21 There is like 100M convertible shares out there already with restrictions on them like ones given to directors and longer term debt. Most of these warrants convert if the stock price is 250% of the warrant conversion price for a 20 day period, so for the "B" class that's $0.525
I think what I am trying to say is that without a real good commercialization phase ( In the first half of 2012 ) there is going to be a rather large sucking sound in Florida.
So since the warrants value can range between .12 and .36 cents and" B" convert after 20 days over .52 and there is over 100M warrants total out there and seems like they are planning to issue more (the 110% minimum thing to cover warrants already issued) I would guess this stock is rangebound .25 to .45 ,.30 to .40 etc untill we see what happens in the commercialization phase.
except for some bump that may occur from Tiger winning a tourney etc.
Might have to find another winner jcw.
Commercialization Phase
In the first half of 2012 we intend to launch our sublingual drop technology beginning with HydroFuse™ and PowerFuse™ Drops shortly followed by our NutriFuse™ Drops. HydroFuse™ will provide sublingual electrolyte delivery for athletes which we believe will facilitate less cramping and stronger performance throughout activity due to reduced depletion of electrolyte in the system. PowerFuse™ will provide all natural sublingual energy for athletes which we believe to be faster acting and maintain longer results with half the caffeine and no harmful chemicals such a commonly used taurine. NutriFuse™ is anticipated to provide improved nutrition absorption and antioxidants for athletes prior to and post activity.
