Q&A WITH FUSE SCIENCE

As a result of the overwhelming response associated with the launch of our first product we are releasing this Q&A to communicate with consumers and stakeholders to address the many commonly asked questions we have received. We sincerely apologize for the slow response and any inconveniences. We are dedicated to customer service and consistent communication, and have put forth this document in an effort to keep pace with the significant number of inquiries.

1. Why has it taken so long for us to receive our product?

Since the official commercial launch of ENERJEL™ on PowereByFuse.com, we have experienced a significant increase in volume on our website which created a strain on our capacity to fulfill orders. We have since corrected the problem. Our goal is to have our products arrive 5-7 business days after an order is submitted and confirmed. We are confident in our supply chain management, and we will continue streamline this process and improve on its efficiency.

2. When will I receive my ENERJEL™ product?

If you have not already received your product a large block of shipping confirmations are being issued on Friday January 13, 2012. Shipping confirmations will continue to be communicated in the order in which they were received, in real time.

3. When will the Fuse Science DROP line be released?

We have not communicated a date publically, but we have stated that our DROP products line will be ready in the first half of 2012.

4. When will you roll-out your products to the retail market?

Our strategy has always been to launch on our eCommerce platform before we start to distribute in strategic brick and mortar locations with a global footprint. Currently, we are in discussions with global retailers in facilitation of this strategy.

5. Are the Fuse Science products all Natural?

All of the Fuse products are ALL-NATURAL. We do not use fillers or other agents like ephedra or taurine to achieve desired effects.

6. Why were you able to sign such high profile athletes?

The athletes we have signed, for example, Tiger Woods and his staff, have taken the time to comprehensively research our technology, management team and strategy over a several-month period. What we have found consistently upon the completion of these athletes due diligence, is that there is an understanding of the significant opportunity that lies ahead with our technology. As a result, we have been able to establish partnerships with not only top athletes, but also industry experts in their field. It is our collective belief that with deliberate execution of our strategy we will create long-term shareholder value.

7. Are you going to partner with additional, high profile athletes?

We have stated publically that we are always looking for the right athlete/celebrity partner that will help expand our access to our target consumer. Currently, our social media base reaches in excess of 15 million consumers and it is our objective to continue to grow that number and extend our reach with strategic partnerships.

9. Is there an opportunity to license this technology?

It is our belief that this technology has significant application in the Over-the- Counter (“OTC”) and pharmaceutical categories. We have announced publicly that we are currently working in the analgesic, hyper/hypoglycemic segments through our research platforms. We see the launch of our technology in the sports application products, such as ENERJEL™ and the DROP products, as a tool to drive broader awareness and acceptance of the technology in preparation for comprehensive licensing in both the OTC and pharmaceutical categories. The executive team and board of Fuse Science have dedicated their time and efforts to this endeavor because there is a collective belief in the significance of this technology. As such, we are committed to this strategy and focused on building sustained shareholder value in perpetuity.
