Found in the Q report, filed Aug 15, right after the May-June financing that "Notes" can be converted for 0.03, while "Warrants" can be converted for 0.12. So, looks like the 12 cent converts are gone.

I did not dig any deeper, so am unclear as to the "Notes" at this time. As these notes and warrants are exempt, it is possible that they do not need to be disclosed.

On the 3.56 million shares of warrants for 0.12, I am still unclear on re-issuance of more warrants for five years at two bits. Maybe these are shares for Tiger and the gang.
