Volume still showing interest. Disappointed in sp not moving upwards more steadily, but without product available, and the income it will provide, sp will likely hang around four bits - a mental resistance point. The Elliot wave thing got busted with the CEO change, as news always trumps technicals.
The wave threory goes sorta like this... Trend is five (1,2,3,4,5) waves, with three (ABC) waves correction. So, if an up-trend we would see a significant move up (1), then small down (2), then another decent move up (3), then a small move down (4), then a final surge (5) at which point there is an ABC (down, up, down) correction. There is a whole lot more to it than that, as this is merely the skeleton of the wave stuff.
Santa is in. At least through the middle of the month, then maybe a hiccup. Options expiration and all. People are spending. Maybe to make themselves feel better, who knows. I don't like the last jobs numbers and definitely do not believe the lowering of the unemployment rate. Using those who quit loooking as a way to lower the rate seems flawed, but it is all we have. Still seeing all kinds of commercial property available where I travel around here in California. But, California is in really bad shape.
I don't think they have to wait for patents to sell product to the public. There are products already out by others that have patent pending on their label. The stuff is available, as the athletes who are signed on have claimed to use it.
You may be right on the Company introducing more than one product when they finally do it. They have a rub on gel, and the energy drops as far as I know.
Spring starts late March. I would think, to get the most bang for their ad dollar, they would make the product(s) available to the public by mid to late February or sooner.
