According to the article, Vick's deal was "fully executed with FUSE" on July 7th. Although both deals were announced on July 20th, it is unclear when the deal with MusclePharm was actually signed. I assume Vick's lawyer will assert that the two "exclusive deals" are in different categories and therefore not in conflict. My guess is the deal that was signed first will prevail, although that could be after a legal battle of unknown length\cost. Vick's lawyer must be brain dead. He doesn't appear to be giving very good counsel to a client who is in the process of trying to rehabilitate his image after finding himself on the wrong side of the law.

Vick’s deals are being handled by Andrew Stroth, an attorney based in Chicago. Vick and his representatives had yet to respond to the situation.
