Wed action started up before the 8K filing came out and continued several hours while 8K was out, so hard to say. Always opinions of giving away the company, etc. because of cheap Warrants. Might see some downside Thursday.

A/S is 100M. O/S was about 61M, from what I can tell, prior to seed financing.
