DIAGNOS inc., knowledge extraction technologies
BROSSARD, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 29, 2008) - DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence ("AI") and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, is pleased to announce impressive results on its copper targets in the North-Eastern Department of Haiti. Indeed, the Corporation was mandated in 2006 for the account of SGH, a private company carrying on its activities of exploration in Haiti, to target high probability zones for base metals and gold.
Following recognition work carried out by RSW-Beroma, the trench sampling shows the accuracy of the targets generated by CARDS (Computer Aided Resources Detection System), DIAGNOS' Artificial Intelligence system. As a matter of fact, the target number 6 presents a very mineral-bearing outcrop on a twenty meters length for nearly one meter of thickness. The rocks of this formation, most probably an expression of the Series of the Perches are visible in several points of the Faille deposit which extends on a surface of about 6.4 km2.
The returns of the analysis of the samples taken on the site showed impressive copper values of:
Sample 1 7.46%
Sample 2 6.21%
Sample 3 9.51%
Sample 4 0.10%
Sample 5 6.69%
