Dia Bras Increases Non-Brokered Private Placement Unit Offering

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 24, 2009) - Dia Bras Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DIB) ("Dia Bras" or the "Company") announced today that, further to its January 13, 2009 news release, the non-brokered Private Placement financing has been oversubscribed and the maximum has been increased to $1.98 million from $1.85 million. Up to a total of 36,000,000 million Units at a price of $0.055 per Unit will be issued in accordance with this financing. Please refer to the press release dated March 11, 2009 for more details.

After taking into consideration this increased maximum of the private placement, the Company will have 203,251,269 common shares issued and outstanding.
