Yes, it is on the CSE. On your Scotia I-Trade you will not get anything on the "Trade" screen. If you go to "Quotes and Research" you will get a bit of info but just the bid and ask, no level II.
On your main screen when you sign in you should see an urgent message to read. It tells you among other things that as of March 8th you will be able to do trades on line for stocks listed on CSE. So, no more having to phone in your trades.
