I called TSX this morning to TRY and sell half my shares at.16,having quadrupled down at.04,leaving me playing with house money with the other half,hoping they go to $100.00 as soon as i sell.Murphy`s Law in reverse :)

While i was talking with the broker,i asked him the same thing.As usual,you are indeed correct.The "red tape", for lack of a better word,would certainly make one grit one`s teeth.But as you ALSO state,making it slightly safer for us the investor.
