Report on Business

1. Provide a general overview and discussion of the development of the Issuer’s business and operations over the previous month. Where the Issuer was inactive disclose this fact.

Analysis of heavy and indicator minerals separated from glacial till soil samples collected from borings has been completed.

Consultation with Marten Falls First Nation and Aroland First Nation is ongoing for an exploration agreement to permit work on the company's

high priority Nakina Project located 125 kilometres north of Nakina, Ontario.

Consultation with Attawapiskat First Nation for renewal of the company's MacFadyen Kimberlites Exploration Agreement is ongoing. The Macfadyen project is adjacent to the Victor Diamond mine, located 145 kilometres west of Attawapiskat Ontario.

15. Provide details of any loans to or by Related Persons.

The Company continues to receive advances from KWG Resources Inc., its former parent, to fund administrative activities. There are no terms of repayment for these amounts and they will be repaid when the Company has sufficient cash flow to do so.
