Yes it is. The PPS will spike soon, although I personally am long on ATDS and have no intentions of selling till quite a ways down the road. I spoke with Investors Relations recently. Everything is going as planned. Company has a steady income from their contracts, and they are firmly payng down their debt. They are also getting their ducks in a row with their acquistions. All is well.
