If in fact DKSC has any type of patent, patent pending or application for a patent could someone please inform this forum to clear up any confusion that currently exists.  Words back and forth about this issue does nothing to ease concerns of those that have a position in DKSC.  Starjest, since you appear to have a close communication with management witin DKSC (as stated in your previous posts) perhaps you can provide us with the patent information so that it can be verified by those who are questioning this issue.  If there is none, whether currently existing, pending, or, even applied for, why not just say so?  However, if that is the case, what is to keep the foreign JV's from saying thanks alot, we'll take it from here?  RH
