Starjets, you've got to be kidding me. What little games are we talking about? What's to keep the Chinese, Indians or whoever from progressing forward on their own, since they are virtually building these themselves anyway. There are't even patent laws in existence in those areas. From the research I've done, it seems they will honor a patent obtained from the US under international rights/obligations, but it must be obtained for them to honor it. Looks to me like if they want to run with it, they can without legal repercussions. Dakshidin is a 2 man operation with no US based PR system through their outdated website, no raw materials, factories, but merely a concept with a product that isn't even legally theirs. The problem I see, exists down the not too distant road, when we as shareholders (of which mine is very small at this time after speaking with the patent owner) are left holding the bag with a company that has no US claim or patent to this particular, albeit basic technology. All they have done here is propose a US IPO with no patent claims in the US or anywhere else for that matter. If anyone is long, with serious money in this company, buyer beware. It's one thing to play penny stocks and make a buck, it's another to lose mega bucks on unverifyable hype. RH
