Hi there Buzzed. Sounds like a good plan except for one problem. Windtech filed a lawsuit before and received all patent rights. I'm not sure there would be any trust between the parties. I believe they are currently investigating a patent infringement with their attorneys. What a mess. Talk with you later. RH
