why the date of Oct.19 and not yesterdays date and not as a news release????

why the date of Oct.19 and not yesterdays date and not as a news release????

I posted this on the SH board and have since looked at CYP web site and still no official news release...here's what I posted..

I think the Oct. 19th was left there or put there for a reason..why not yesterday's date if it was just released yesterday...and I see no particular reference that stands out like a news release on the home page unless it gets there today as a release...I haven't looked yet.
