We all know SYH needed the funds for a while now, just curious, why not do the placement for 7 cents. I presume that we will not be getting any news at least until the placement has been finalized. Furthermore, this concerns me because if CYP wants to do a private placement, what will the price be at 15cents? I HOPE NOT!
