Hi, len28. I asked IR about syh's 20%. They said if there ever was a buyout then syh would just get 20% of the buyout price.

Using round and easy #s that probably have no basis in reality right now for an example: If 100% of the Reef would be bought out for $5 then CYP would get $4 (80%) and SYH would get $1 (20%).

I'm not sure management would care about the remaining projects in each company from at least what IR seemed to relay. After you hit the jackpot, not sure you worry about the other exploration projects that really aren't economic and are exploration plays...... I wouldn't mind if they stuck the assets of both companies in a spin-off company but might be a complication. It would be a nice problem to have.

They really haven't found anything on McKenzie Island and I doubt they are going delay a potential significant buyout to go explore the McKenzie mainland.
