so you are saying its implied by the results of well 1..(the Forest well)..that junes's other lands being similar and well 1 results applied to their other portions we have a sp NAV of $6.76....and in addition the current results could be further enhances with fracturing.....and this is w/o any P/E ratios multibles?

Is the .5 some factor for?
