IMO

Something interesting to watch:

Regan administration signed the WARN act into law back in the 1980's

WARN requires a 60 day notification of workers affected by layoff/termination events.

Since automatic cuts to the Federal budget are mandated by law beginning January 1, 2013 and there is going to be a massive cut to many programs including defense contractors, some notices of LARGE layoffs could pop up on the site Monday and Tuesday.

I'm sure there will be those trying to suppress these notices from being disclosed before the election Nov.5, but the LAW says they have to happen 60 days minimum before a termination event.
