Knew of the CJR Private REIT Fund startup, but didn't know it was that deep. Hope it all works out. Hearing real estate may come back later this year, possibly next. Lots of commercial available just about everywhere I seen to travel throughout california, but we are in a pretty bad fix.

Sold off most of my positions yesterday. Might have been a bit too soon because job numbers today may keep things stoked. CLR ran up another buck after getting out, probably over the continuing middle east turmoil. Everything just seeming too toppy, but hard to get the ultimate top/bottom. Just happy to get the meat of the moves out there.
