hondo, when i first read this i thought "crazy conspiracy stories"... after looking some stuff up on sub classes and other info in the story i wonder now...

in 1990 the chinese only had about 4-5 working subs that rarely submerged and almost never left the visible chinese coastline....that has evidently changed...thier technology is still not comparable to the US but they are gaining ground quickly from what i see and the majority of thier tech is coming from russia...

a show of force is one thing, but would china actually risk losing the US as an ally? all that would do is make the US pump up it's own industrialization and tell china to pound salt for the debt...

crazy times we're living in... big corporations have been become the new monarchs.
