Don't recall if this went through the wringer today or not but interesting. I believe the trend will end. Venezuela cannot afford these cases and the pipeline is being filled and they will have $$billions$$ to pay annually if they keep nationalizing others assets.

PDVSA said in the document that it was prepared for losses arising from the arbitrations, and would respect the rulings, subject to certain conditions.
"In the event that the losses estimated turn out to be significantly higher than the provisions made, the aggregate cost of unfavorable decisions could have a material adverse effect on our financial condition and results of operations," PDVSA said.
