Does anyone track production of VZ oil?

With Hugo monthly committing more oil across the globe, I am finding it hard to believe VZ will be able to fulfill the newer obligations.

I know they have received cash for drilling and bringing online new production but that doesn't happen over a weekend.

Just curious if he is leveraging production too far in advance of reality.
