money, i saw where folks are lining up to buy "fixed income" products....

at historically low interest levels this makes NO sense to me....why not buy investment real estate now (at low interest levels), rent it for a few years until rates go to double digits, then buy 30 year bonds?

i'm pretty well spread out right now, except the cash position is lower than i would like.

the way it looks i think going into september with heavy cash is a good idea...

anybody want to buy some real estate?
