Chavez an ex paratrooper who knows nothing about business. The nice thing about the Chinese arriving on the scene for mining and industialization is that the Chinese have Chavez in their back pocket with the money they are loaning and Chavez will have to live by the Chinese rules. This sort of stuff won't fly with the Chinese where ever their money lands. Let's hope some of it lands on LC.
