i looked into leaps on the ras and raz....figured i could take a "put" leap on the 3xbear and as the market recovers over the next year/two i'd make a killing....kind of a "short the shorts" investment...

after looking at them i decided i was'nt the only one to have this idea...the premiums are nuts!

any other ideas? maybe reits?

it seems the options game is becoming a little overplayed and pricy to me...
