Interesting Playas, I looked at their MD & A and it looks as if these Joint partners would be for their Mali properties for the time being however it does say that for their VZ properties they began negotiations for the environment permit with Minamb April 30, 2009.

April 30, 2009 – The Company determined that it did not have adequate financial resources to

both continue its Mali exploration activities and the development of its Venezuelan properties

and as a result decided to use available funds to pursue the objective of bringing the Increíble

Properties to the production stage. The Company began negotiating with the Venezuelan

People’s Power Ministry of Environment to obtain the permits required to start exploitation

activities.

The Increíble Properties are located immediately north of, and adjacent to, Crystallex’

International Corporation’s (which previously had an interest in the Increíble Properties) La

Victoria property which, on October 1, 2008, had discontinued its operations. Rusoro Mining

and CVG Minerven all have producing gold mines and are actively exploring for gold in the

area. The properties are held under mining contracts granted by Corporacion Venezolana de

Guayana (“CVG”).
