society has gotten wayyyyy too sensitive....it's always about "lets all hug and talk about our feelings".

crewzinny, so you know, i have black friends, i have gay friends, hell, i even have a gay black friend and i've said the same things to them i'm about to say to you (and we remain friends)............

regarding gay marriage and other subjects that detract people from looking at the real issues.....i dont get upset that gays want the same tax/social benefits as "breeder" (thought that was funny myself) couples...i get it.

the problem with gay "marriage" is the religious conotation...if gays would lobby for "dependant" benefits then they'd probably get it done... but it seems to me that many gays like the attention of fighting for "gay marriage" because it stirs up a lot of sht with religious folks....why?

gay marriage, abortion, death penalty.....these are religious issues that have no place in politics imo. but almost every election comes down to these issues (that a politician cannot change)...

so instead of a government official getting elected because of his plan for providing security and economic stability we get "gay marriage"....man, things are f'd up!
