jc, the banks are fighting tooth and nail to get fre/fnm assets...if MBA wins then fnm/fre will become regulatory bodies/insurers....

if common sense prevails then the govt will just "forgive" $100bil and the common shareholders will be doing the happy dance...

magic8ball predicts fnm will be a traders paradise until february....then a longs wet dream....
