What kind of commercial property were you thinking about? I was thinking of a business and buying the real estate to go with it. Been checking on things for about six months. SBA wants skin-in-the-game of 25% for the biz, and 10% for the land. I am reconsidering because the unemployment is "officially" about 12% here in Cali, but in reality is said to be 30%. Business would go totally south without customers.
