Not a penny stock, but a kinda-sorta spec play is FNFG.

On such a bad Market day, this one is up. FNFG just completed an offering and is in a reasonably good position to benefit in these hard time from taking over weaker banks. However, this is speculative. Please do your own DD. Cramer will be grilling the FNFG CEO on his Mad Money show today.
