i'll be pan frying a large batch of fresh black grouper (very tasty fish imo)..
looking for ideas about the breading/coating and preperation..
right now, i'm leaning torward a light breadcrumb and lemon slice pan fried in olive oil.
or maybe a "flat bear" and pancake mix pan fried in vegetable oil with salt/pepper.
any suggestions? no tomato sauce though joe..
and keep in mind i'm not headed to the store and not all of us keep "double milled mexican jasmine saffron" in our kitchens....pretty basic spices and ingredients is about what i have on hand...
