After completion of this long tour are many consistent and valuable reflections of it off and where we need to deepen.

Back more convinced than ever that it is quite possible, as well as necessary, take down the political hegemony, economic, cultural and military that the U.S. empire seeks to impose on the world. Noam Chomsky is not wrong to raise dramatically the great dilemma of our time: hegemony or survival. If we take down the imperial hegemony, the world will go towards barbarism.

It is the logic of empire, capitalism. We are obliged to travel other paths, without sacrificing the individual processes of each village.

Faced with so many purposes and ambushes that want to deviate from the path, we must create new forms of communal and simultaneously promote our own strategies of resistance. Resistance and capacity to convert multiple destination awareness, to quote the French writer André Malraux.

For this reason, Venezuela is and will continue fighting, "with the same result as always, by the creation of a multipolar world. However, the multipolar world we want is just around the corner.

This tour has allowed me to see the picture more clearly.

I want to pick what I said in the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples in Moscow: today we can say that the world is no longer unipolar. But neither scenario has been reproduced bipolar, nor is there tangible evidence of progress toward the formation of four or five major centers of world power. It is evident, for example, that the structuring of our America as a single political bloc is not on the immediate horizon: will not happen in the short term. But as happens in Africa, Asia and Europe.

What I started to become visible is a growing body of cores on the geopolitical map of a world we could call now and yes, the New World. This is a multinuclear world as moving towards multipolarity.

To accelerate the transition to multipolarity will depend on the clarity, the will and the political decision that arises from the core countries.

Dispersed we wanted to maintain the forces that aspire to leave us in the rear of history, following the same perverse game that well known for their adverse outcomes for humanity. However, with this long journey, crossing borders of three continents and opening the heart to the world libertarian, we fulfill our sacred duty to deepen the inexorable covenant between the people who run common lot, we bet the same challenges and share the same hopes.

This asymmetry is huge and inhuman or not that will radically change life for anyone in a not too distant future.

In the week ending 36 years were met by the Chilean tragedy. I think one of the lessons to be learned from her is this: for imperialism and the ruling classes is essentially preserve the capitalist system and has to be carried forward to democracy. Comrade Salvador Allende was an exemplary democrat and yet against him and against his people, perpetrated the most heinous of crimes on 11 September 1973.

Allende was the great forerunner of epochal change that South America is living today. They are wrong, then, who have said that the route proposed by the Popular Unity was erroneous. Socialism does not mean breakdown of democracy and the rule of law, but otherwise, their full realization.

On the pretext iniquitous their rejection of the Organic Law of Education, certain minority groups seek to sabotage the beginning of school. What's behind this? The dark interests of a handful of gangs that has always been understood to education as a great business. And, therefore, not want the state to exercise its full teaching role.

The Venezuelan people, we as parents, you mothers, teachers and especially the students, we will not allow it to jeopardize the normal development of the school year.

I call the people to actively defend the LOE: to know him better and, of course, to disseminate it. It is a legal instrument for achieving the most significant of the purposes: education as a liberating and transformative praxis.
