Nice and informative find PreZ...

The "Trading recommendations" at the end are interesting.

It may be just semantics, but No.3 gives me a chuckle because NYSE uses "Specialists" rather than "Market Makers." Both are made out to be not-so-good. I do agree that NYSE does have a Market most closely resembling a true auction because of the use of the Specialist rather than a Market Maker system.

Not sure I can agree with No.19

The books are available, but mostly used. Amazom can get them through other vendors for around $15-20 each.
