anything can happen, but i'm leaning more and more to the philosophy of "history repeats"...
if kry could hang on long enough then undoubtedly we will see a "change" in the attitude of venezuela over the next couple years..i.e. the govt/region will become more friendly to private investment...
"political slime" is right! kry (while small by comparison to the oil nationalizations) could become the poster child for a failed administration.....it would become the second company in ten years to have active arbitration over the same property and unlike vanessa, kry was put in place by hugo's administration....
if the venezuelans asking "where's da jobs mang?" cant see a problem with that then they really do have issues....
in the end, i think we're headed to arbitration....but, i'm not convinced we'll travel the full course of arbitration before a settlement of some kind is reached.
