There would be so much to say about the changes happening , but historical data must be shared in order to understand the unfolding events , then what is happening becomes so obvious , not in terms of timing but in terms of feelings , perceptions and global reciprocation .
So comments and judgements are saying a lot about the knowledge or the views one share , looking back at history and turning the tables in order to understand other's perception of " us " can be very telling .
But open minds only can practice the art of seeing , and only once we suspend judgment can we practice that art or at least pretend to a clearer view .
In terms of relationship , when based on self interest , it always results in one taking advantage and one being abused , and ensuing feelings are the same in every culture and for most individuals , so we all know what perception results from such endeavor.
Looking back at south america and how the US was engaged and with whom , explains what is happening now and Clinton's last comment about Cuba in itself is the best exemple ( Clinton said Washington had faced a "united front" of opposition from allies over its approach towards Cuba.
"Every country, even those with whom we are closest, is saying, 'You have to change, you can't keep doing what you are doing,'" Clinton said. )
Americans should look at who's interest they were associated with in their war against Cuba . Before during and after 1959 , what part of america's interest were ousted from Cuba and were most vehement against Cuba ?
But we could add to the list the perception of people about what happened in Argentina in Chile , in Brasil ,in Bolivia , in Peru , in Venezuela , in Nicaragua , in El Salvador , in Guatemala , and in Mexico in the same period of time .
In all those countries who where the people the US supported in order to protect what they call their interest ?
Cultural perception take long to change in any which ways .
