talk about de'javu...i can smell the pump coming...

all i want to say is this.

no matter what media hype comes along the next few weeks i dont believe we should stray from our "arbitration stance"...unless we get a permit/offer for JV or buyout....the time for "wait and see" or "we should hear from the government shortly" is long over as far i'm concerned, promises and kisses from the media or hugo dont mean anything... the day we can file, we should file...imo
