Bullfrog I don't think anybody knows what Hugo's plans are, including Hugo himself. Things seem to change there day to day, but he is going to have to make some kind of decision soon. The Vens are going to have a hell of a time telling the illegal miners to stop mining, go plant some crops and try to support your family on that. Hugo needs the revenue from mining, the people need work, all we need is a permit.
